Chairman Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria, (RTEAN) Ogun State chapter, Alhaji Titilayo Akibu gave succour to the Youths in Ijebu-Ode by Empowering them with Tricycle and Motorcycle as a means of giving back to the society.

The Empowerment programme took place at the Office of the State Chairman, RTEAN in Ijebu-Ode recently.

Alhaji Akibu said Empowering Youths as been a fore front of his Agenda as the state Chairman, Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN), Saying the Youths are the Leaders of tomorrow.

” The Empowerment programme will be batch by batch, This is the first batch that we are witnessing, In Another 3 month another batch of Youths will benefits from it. We want to be doing it so as to compliment the Efforts of Government. An idle hand they say is a Devil Work shop ” The RTEAN Boss said.

He then commend the Governor Dapo Abiodun Administration for his laudable programme, ranging from building and construction of Class room, rehabilitation of roads, Acquisition of modern hospital Equipment, which he said is going to make life meaningful to the People.

He then urged the Beneficiaries of the Empowerment to make use of the opportunity and not to sell the Motorcycle or Tricycle given to them but make use of it as a means of sustaining their Life.

One of the beneficiary, Mr Taye Dauda thanked the State Chairman of RTEAN for his kind gesture towards the Youths saying this will help in the Aspect of putting foods on their Table.

Another Beneficiary, Saheed Idowu said the state Chairman as demonstrated that he is the father of Youths in the Society with this Laudable Empowerment they are witnessing.
