Governor Abiodun of Ogun State had a meeting with Low Energy Designs, led by the CEO, Alan Parker.
Low Energy Designs, a foremost UK-based solutions company, manufactures LED lights and battery storage systems powerful enough to serve large communities.
According to the Governor, the meeting is a very important one, because it is part of the agenda of his administration to urbanise the State, providing affordable and housing to the people.
He stated that if true urbanisation is to be achieved, sustainable and environment-friendly energy solutions were necessary.
The urbanisation programme, which the Governor earlier detailed when he earlier met with Matt Uzell of Adam Smith International, and Bob Allies of Allies and Morrison, would be deemed complete is energy gets a permanent solution coupled with the rehabilitation of schools and primary health centres across the State.
