The Founder of the Asiwaju Odumosu Foundation, Hon. Oladapo Odumosu, has organised a solidarity walk in support of Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Dapo Abiodun, drawing scores of supporters and community members.

The walk, held in a vibrant and peaceful atmosphere, took off from Italapo through Folagbade and terminated at Grammar School in Ijebu ode, brought together youths, women, and party faithful who marched through major streets, chanting slogans and displaying banners to express their continued support for the leaders.

Some participants in the solidarity walk described the initiative as a demonstration of unity and appreciation for the leadership style and developmental strides of both Tinubu and Abiodun.

Speaking after the walk, Hon. Odumosu said the exercise was aimed at reaffirming the group’s commitment to the political vision and policies of President Tinubu and Governor Abiodun.

He noted that the administration of President Tinubu has continued to implement reforms targeted at economic growth and national stability, while Governor Abiodun has sustained infrastructural development and social welfare programmes in Ogun State, adding that the governor has performed “credibly well.”

Highlighting what he described as the “Renewed Hope” agenda of the Tinubu administration, Odumosu expressed optimism that ongoing reforms would yield long-term benefits for Nigerians.

He also thanked God for the peaceful conduct of the procession, commending security personnel for ensuring orderliness throughout the exercise. He expressed satisfaction with the turnout, stating that the large participation reflected widespread grassroots support.

Also speaking, the Coordinator-General of the Foundation, Comrade Olukoya Olumide, reiterated the organisation’s commitment to civic engagement and pledged continued mobilisation of support for policies and initiatives that promote good governance and development.

Highlights of the programme included prayers offered by Christian and Muslim clerics for the nation, its leaders, and the political ambition of Hon. Odumosu.

Meanwhile, this news platform gathered that Hon. Odumosu used the occasion of the solidarity walk to declare his intention to contest for the House of Representatives seat representing Ijebu Central Federal Constituency.
