…..To forward the names to the Governor

Following the decisions taken at the Ogun state chapter of All Progressive Congress stakeholders meeting held with the governor and other leaders from Ogun Central to prune down the names of the aspirants to two or three where consensus fails and forward to the State, the party stakeholders in Abeokuta North LG has nominated three out of the seven aspirants.

This is as a result of the report submitted by the screening committee earlier set up by the stakeholders and headed by Barrister Abeeb Ajayi.

According to our sources close to the party the names to be forwarded to the party secretariat and Governor are Engr Tajudeen Ishola, Adesina Adeyemo and Gbenga Soetan.

The ratification of the names were done at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta at the meeting called by the local government party , Alhaji Akeem Sobayo.
