Abeokuta – In a devastating turn of events, Rev. Fola Achudume, the wife of Apostle Lawrence Achudume, General Overseer of Victory Life Bible Church, has passed away at the age of 55. According to reports, she died early Saturday morning after a brief illness.

The news was announced by Pastor Adeoye Adeyanju, Assistant General Overseer of the church, during Sunday service in Abeokuta. Rev. Fola Achudume would have turned 56 on September 6.

Family friend and Publicity Secretary of the All Progressives Congress in Ogun State, Mr. Tunde Oladunjoye, confirmed the news, describing it as “the worst news of the year.” He expressed his shock and sadness, saying, “So hard to believe! So saddening! My consolation is that she has gone to join the saints.”
