The Chief Executive Officer of Aerofield Homes Limited, Armstrong Akintunde said that the collaboration between his property company and Oodua Investment is hinged on further expansion of the socio-economic prosperity of Nigerians, particularly as it relates to the provision of decent housing.
Akintunde disclosed this on Friday during the groundbreaking ceremony marking the beginning of construction of Ikeja Luxury Apartments, a joint housing project with the Oodua Investment nestled within the highbrow area of Ikeja GRA, Lagos State.
The property merchant while hailing this historic partnership with Oodua Investment reaffirmed the commitment of his company to get the housing project delivered in record time.
Akintunde said “We are extremely proud of this partnership and we are grateful to all the drivers of this lofty dream, I mean those who believe in our capabilities and expertise to make a huge difference in providing decent and qualitative housing for Nigerians.
“I must appreciate the Chairman of this conglomerate, Otunba Bimbo Ashiru, for his dynamic leadership and courage to expand the frontier of the economic prosperity of this renowned business empire with collaboration such as ours which is designed to address the housing needs of Nigerians.
