Multiple sources say “Abayomi Sogunle, Ore Fakorede and Dolapo Badmus have been reportedly dismissed from the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) for various human rights abuses.

ogundaily.com/ learnt that Dolapo Badmus and Yomi Shogunle are part of the 37 members of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) unit of the police who have just been ”dismissed”.

This was disclosed in a post on Twitter by the Peoples Gazette.

The Nigeria Police Force in 2019 transferred the Head of Public Complaints Rapid Response Unit, Abayomi Shogunle, known for making controversial comments on Twitter to Ebonyi State.

Shogunle, who is an Assistant Commissioner of Police, was transferred to Nkalagu, a town in Ebonyi State.
