As Muslims around the world celebrate this year's Eid-el-Fitr to mark the end of Ramadan fast for the Muslim year 1442AH, the Chairman, Transition Committee, Odeda Local Government, Hon. Semiu Bola Lawal – 'SEMBOL' has congratulated and rejoiced with the entire Muslims in the local government area and around the world for a successful completion of 2021 Ramadan, which is one of the pillars of Islam, 'ogundaily.com/' reports.

Hon.Lawal in a press release made available to ogundaily.com/ on Wednesday, urged Muslims and adherents of other religions to live in love, peace and harmony with one another, and charged all faithful to continue to embrace the spirit of forgiveness, love, tolerance and peaceful coexistence.

'SEMBOL' further encouraged the 'Ummah' – Muslims Community to eschew violence and celebrate in moderation, congratulated all believers of Allah on the Eid-el-Fitri celebration and also prayed that Almighty Allah will preserve their lives to witness more celebrations.

The Council boss also commended the governor of Ogun state, Prince Dapo Abiodun for his purposeful leadership and execution of people-oriented projects, and for ensuring that efforts on religious harmony and peace in the gateway state is taken as a priority by his administration.
